Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial & Risk-Free Evaluation

Cabryder offers a 30-day free trial including 100 digital duty slips with no credit card required. Fleet operators are encouraged to fully test and evaluate our software features, booking workflows, and driver app during this trial period before making any paid commitments.

2. Pay-As-You-Go & Duty Slip Usage

Digital duty slips are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis at ₹2 per slip. Once a duty slip has been generated and dispatched with customer OTP / signature, that duty slip is deemed utilized and non-refundable. Unused prepaid wallet balances can be refunded upon written request within 30 days of recharge, subject to administrative payment gateway processing fees.

3. Subscription Cancellations

Because Cabryder operates primarily on a usage-based pay-as-you-go model with no mandatory monthly lock-in contracts, you may stop using the service at any time without cancellation penalties or exit fees.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

In case of any approved refund, it will take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card).
