The orders for the user are shipped exclusively through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

Orders are dispatched within 2 days from the date of the order and/or successful payment confirmation, or as per the agreed delivery date specified at the time of order confirmation.

Shipments are delivered subject to courier company and postal authority norms and working hours. The Platform Owner shall not be held liable for any unforeseen delays in delivery caused by courier companies or postal authorities.

3. Delivery Address & Email Confirmation

Delivery of all orders will be made to the exact delivery address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase on the Platform.

Delivery of our services or physical shipments will be confirmed on your registered email ID as specified at the time of account creation or order placement.
